9. Troubleshooting Guide
Problem

The indicator lamps are not illuminated
while
• the controller is properly connected
to the blanket
• the mains plug is connected to a
working socket
• the power button for ON/OFF
and temperature settings is set to
“Warm”, “Low”, “Medium” or “High”
The safety system
has switched off the
blanket permanently.
Contact Customer Service for
assistance.
The “High” indicator light blink red.
An error occurs.
Unplug the blanket from the electri-
cal outlet. Check the physical condi-
tion of the cord, the wall outlet, and
the connection between the Control
Connector and the Blanket Connec-
tor. If blinking persists after you con-
firm a proper connection, contact
Customer Service for assistance.
