With the heating pad switched on, never place any sharp object or any heating source such as a hot-
water bottle, heating pad or similar items on it.
•
The electronic components inside the control unit will heat up whilst operating the heating pad. Therefore
never cover the control unit or place it onto the heating pad during operation.
•
The electronic and magnetic fields emitted by this heating pad may interfere with the function of a
pacemaker. However, they are still well below the limits for electrical field strength (5000 V/m max),
magnetic field strength (80 A/m max), and magnetic flux density (0.1 millitesla max). Please consult
your doctor and the manufacturer of your pacemaker before using this heating pad.

Household plug use only.
CAUTION – To reduce the risk of personal injury or
product/property damage:

Do not use while sleeping.
•
This pad should not be used on or by persons who are unconscious, persons with poor blood
circulation, or persons with diabetes, unless they are carefully monitored.
•
Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
•
Burns can occur regardless of control setting. Check skin under pad frequently.
•
Do not use pad with liniment, salve or ointment preparations that contain heat-producing
ingredients. This can result in skin burns.
•
Do not use with alcohol.
•
Do not tuck the heating pad or supply cord in a sofa or other furniture. All portions of the heating
pad or controller should be visible at all times.
•
Do not trap or pinch the cord.
•
Protect the heating pad from knocks, damp, dust, chemicals, marked temperature fluctuations
and nearby sources of heat (ovens, heaters).
•
Do not use this heating pad on animals. Keep all pets away.

Do not crush pad. Avoid sharp folds.
•
This heating pad is intended for use on top of the body. Do not sit or lie on top of the heating
pad. Never place pad between yourself and a chair, sofa, bed or pillow.
•
Loop cord loosely when storing. Tight wrapping may damage cord and internal parts.
•
Do not use when folded or bunched up.
•
The heating pad is not suitable for use in hospitals or for any other commercial use.
•
Not for Hotel, Motel or other institutional use.
•
Not for medical use in hospitals.
•
Only use the heating pad together with the control unit specified on the label. Otherwise the
heating pad could be damaged.
