3.3 Cleaning
•
Detach the adapter sight glass from the device by slightly turn-
ing it to the left, place the cleaning sponge (observe line diame-
ter), and fasten again
•
Open the water cock
•
Possible beverage residues and accumulation of grime are
flushed out of the system
•
Close the water cock after the sponge has passed 2 times
•
Detach the adapter sight glass, add to the sponge a Bevi Tab
placing it flat (see Fig. below), and fasten again
•
Open the water cock
•
When using Bevi Tab, close the water cock after cleansing
agent and sponge have reached the opposite adapter sight
glass
•
Let it act for 15 to 30 minutes
•
Open the water cock and rinse sufficiently
•
Change the travel direction of the sponge several times using
the operating lever
•
Pay attention that the equipment is free from cleansing agent,
check e.g. with pH indicator paper
