USE
Piston ring compressor
(1-2-3)
Install the piston ring compressor onto the piston. Then compress the piston ring with the wrench
(4). Pressing the release button (II) for fast enlarging of the inside diameter of piston ring
compressor. Make sure that all piston rings are fully tightened and the piston ring compressor rests
on the cylinder sealing surface around the entire circumference. The piston can now be pressed by
light tapping with a hammer handle / plastic hammer into the cylinder.
Piston ring groove cleaner (6)
Install the correct cleaning attachment (7-8-9), it must be fit into the piston ring groove without
increasing the width of the piston ring groove.
Piston ring assembly pliers (10)
Insert the piston ring (C) as shown in the figure into the piston ring assembly
pliers (10). Then
pressing the pliers. The piston ring can now be installed over the piston (A) into the groove (B).
