ELECTRONIC MONITOR
MAINS CONNECTION
Insert the jack (Z) for the transformer
into the connection hole (R) on the
main body (bottom, rear of the
machine)
and
then
plug
the
transformer (96) into a 220 V mains
supply, Fig 1.
To give you greater control over your
exercise, this electronic unit provides
simultaneous read-outs of speed,
distance,
exercise
time,
watts,
calories burnt and pulse rate.
If at any time during exercise you
press the START/STOP button then
all of the unit’s functions will stop.
Pressing the START/STOP button
again will restart the machine.
The monitor will switch itself off
automatically if the unit stands idle for
more than 4 minutes and will show
the temperature.

MONITOR FUNCTIONS
This monitor has 13 keys: BODY-FAT;
MANUAL:
PROGRAM;
WATT;
PERSONAL;
HRC;
RESET;
RECOVERY; UP

; START
/STOP; QUICK START; ENTER.
The program level you have selected
is shown simultaneously in the central
section of the display. The windows at
the bottom of the display show the
TIME; RPM/ SPEED; DISTANCE;
WATT/CALORIES; PULSE RATE.
This monitor also has 1 manual
program, 12 pre-set exertion level
programs; 1 BODYFAT program; 4
Heart Rate Control programs; 5 user
defined programs.
You can reset of all the values back to
zero by holding the RESET key down
for 3 seconds.
The monitor will switch on displaying
the message U0 in the centre of the
screen. Select the user, between U0-
U4, using the
▲
/
▼
keys and then
press the ENTER key.
Next the Male / Female symbols will
appear, Select using the
▼▲
keys and
press ENTER to confirm. Then Age will
appear, select using the
▼▲
keys
(between 1 to 99) and press ENTER to
confirm. It will now ask for your height,
select using the
▼▲
keys (between
100 to 200 cm) and press ENTER to
confirm. Weight will appear, select
using the
▼▲
keys (between 20 to 150
kg) and press ENTER to confirm.
Note: U0 is reset when the machine
shuts off.
CHANGING
FROM
ONE
WORK MODE TO ANOTHER
This monitor allows you to work in 6
different modes: BODYFAT, Manual,
Program, User, Pulse (TARGET HR)
and Steady Watt rate. In order to pass
from one mode to another press the
START/STOP button to stop the
monitor, then press RESET and, with
the help of the
▲
/
▼
buttons and
ENTER key, select the desired mode.
You can also use hotkeys BODY-FAT;
MANUAL:
PROGRAM;
WATT;
PERSONAL; HRC.
