7.- FITTING THE UPPER FOCUS BARS.-
Remove the bolts (170) and (171) from the upper arm
(150) Fig.8.
Take the upper arm (150) (marked with the letter L)
and insert it into the connector tube for the arm (1)
aligning the bolt holes.
Fit the bolts (170) and (171) and tighten securely.
Go through the same procedure for the upper right
focus bar (151) (marked with the letter R).
8.- BOTTLE HOLDER ASSEMBLY.-
Bring the bottle holder (159) to the main body (1) and
fasten with screws (173) securely.
9.- FITTING THE MONITOR POST.-
Place the post (133) near the main body (1) as shown
in Figure 10. Connect cables coming out from post
(134) and (137) with cables from main body (2) and (3)
and tighten the post with the screws (172).
10.- FITTING THE MONITOR.-
Take hold of the monitor (156) and bring it up to main
post (133), connect the terminals (5PIN; 2PIN; 4PIN),
coming out of the bottom of the monitor, with terminals
(134), (135), (136) and (137) coming up out of the top
of the main post (133), Fig.11.
Attach the monitor (156) using screws (157), Fig.11,
making sure not to pinch the wires.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable to retighten these
screws after one month of using the machine.
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its final position,
make sure that it sits flat on the floor and that it is level.
This can be achieved by screwing the adjustable feet
(132) up or down, as shown in Fig.12.
LOCKING ARM & FOOT MOVEMENT. -
This exercise machine incorporates a system for
locking the footrests and focus bars to help get on the
machine safely and to protect children.
To lock footrest and focus bar movement, before
dismounting the exercise machine turn the knob (4)
Fig.13, (clockwise), making sure that the two footrests
are always centred to help get on and off the machine.
To unlock footrest and focus bar movement, turn the
knob (4) Fig.13, anticlockwise.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit
is equipped with wheels (29), as shown in
Fig.14, which make it easier to move.
The two wheels at the front of the unit make it easier to
place the unit in to any chosen position by lifting the
rear slightly.
Store your unit in a dry place, preferably not subject to
changes in temperature.
MAINS CONNECTION.-
Plug the cable into a 220 V mains supply, Fig.15.
LENGTH OF STEP ADJUSTMENT.-
This exercise machine has a variable length of step
adjustment between 18” (450mm) and 26” (660mm).
To adjust this setting, select the stride on the display at
the bottom of the monitor, Fig.16.
If lock, you will hear a "beep" and will not change
stride. Unplug the machine, wait 30 seconds and
reconnect the machine.
