USER -
Press + / - until USER appears at the top of the display. “P” and “USER” will be
blinking. Press ENTER and the first of the 16 resistance levels will blink. Use the + / -
buttons to change the first resistance level. Press ENTER to go to the next resistance
level and adjust as you wish. Continue through the rest of the resistance levels to create
your own custom workout. When finished, press START/STOP twice to pause. You can
now set time, distance, calories and pulse if you wish as described above for MANUAL
PROGRAM.

TARGET H.R. – USE WITH INCLUDED CHEST STRAP
Press PROGRAM MODE until TARGET H.R. appears at the top of the display. “P” and
