COMPUTER CONSOLE OPERATION
PRESET PROGRAMS
NOTE: The Program Profiles on pages 29-30 illustrate how the resistance changes with time
during the Program.
NOTE: Please calculate your heart rate exercise range before starting to exercise. See page
25 for instructions.
1. Press the UP or DOWN keys to select MANUAL or PROGRAM mode. The corresponding
LED will light. After selecting PROGRAM, press the MODE key to confirm.
2. The left PROGRAM LED light will shine.
3. P1 will blink in the TIME CAL window.
4. Press the UP and/or DOWN keys to select a program from P1~P12. Press the MODE key
to confirm.
5. The LED light will shine next to the (resistance) Level or Time or Distance or Calories or
Pulse value.
6. Press the UP and/or DOWN keys to adjust the (resistance) Level or Time or Distance or
Calories or Pulse value.
7. Press the MODE key to confirm.
8. The LED light will move to the next value.
9. Repeat 5, 6, 7 and 8 until all values are entered.
10. Press the START/STOP key to begin.
11. While exercising, press the UP or DOWN keys to adjust the resistance Level value of the
PROGRAM. The resistance Level Adjustment Range is 1~8.
12. If the user’s hand pulse value is higher than the set value, then a beep will sound a
warning.
13. Press TOTAL/RESET to end the Program early.
