General View of Control Console
The control console of the pedal assistance system is on the left of the handlebar and it features the following
functions:

Start and stop button of the pedal assistance system (POWER)
2.
Pedal assistance mode selector (MODE):
3.
Start and stop button of the lighting (LIGHT)
4.
Battery level indicator
5.
Pedal assistance level indicator: ECO (Turtle), STANDARD, HIGH (Hare)
Control console operation

Start and stop of the pedal assistance system
The pedal assistance system is activated or deactivated by pressing the POWER button. When connecting to the
system, all the lights on the control console will light up for one second. From this moment, the pedal assistance
system has been activated.
By pressing the POWER button a second time, the pedal assistance system deactivates. The bicycle may be used
without any type of assistance.
Auto-Power off: If remaining inactive for over 10 minutes, the system will automatically switch off. Auto-
power off all disconnects the lighting system.

Selection of the of the pedal assistance mode
By pressing the MODE button the assistance mode changes in the following order:
Avoid using the POWER button while applying force on the pedal. Wait two seconds after
switching the system on before pedalling. During this time period, the assistance system is initializing
the torque sensor.
