Answer: Yes, additional batteries are available at E-MOTION stores. In the event that a higher autonomy is
required or there isn't the possibility of charging the battery between two journeys, the purchase of an additional
battery is recommended. This battery may have a power capacity of either 8 Ah or 10 Ah.
Question: May I use my wife's bicycle battery?
Answer: Yes, providing that the battery is from an E-MOTION bicycle with PANASONIC technology,
regardless of its capacity. If the battery is from another electrical bicycle, you must not use it with the E-
MOTION. This would damage the assistance system beyond repair and would result in the annulment of the
warranty.
Question: With a low battery, at night, I would like to ride without assistance, but with the light turned on.
Could I turn the light on without having to activate the assistance?
Answer: Yes. As the light connection is independent, the light may be activated even if the assistance is not
connected.
Question: What happens if I lose the security keys for locking the battery?
Answer: If you lose the keys, take the bicycle to the closest E-MOTION store. They will provide you with new
keys after replacing the lock.
Question: May I make copies of the battery lock?
Answer: Yes, it is a standard flat key.

Answer: The use of helmets depends on the law of each country, however, its use is recommended due to safety
reasons.
