3.7 CENTRALE TERMICA

Le caratteristiche dei locali
caldaia di potenzialità
superiore alle 35 kW sono
regolamentate dalle
disposizioni emanate dal
Ministero degli Interni (DM
12/4/96 per gli impianti a gas
e circolare 73 per quelli
alimentati a combustibile
liquido) e soggette al
controllo da parte dei Vigili
del Fuoco.
Vengono regolamentate.
- l’ubicazione
- le

caratteristiche

costruttive

le aperture di areazione

gli spazi liberi all’interno

della centrale

- gli

accessi

Inoltre per impianti utilizzanti
gas di rete con densità
rispetto l’aria inferiore a 0,8
valgono le seguenti regole:

Il contatore dev’essere

posto all’esterno
dell’edificio, in nicchia
aerata, in luogo asciutto,
e dev’essere accessibile
in ogni momento.

-

La tubazione del gas

deve essere munita di
un organo
d’intercettazione con
comando esterno al
locale caldaia in
posizione facilmente
raggiungibile.

3.7 HEATING PLANT
For boiler installation in
heating rooms check Local
Authority Regulation and
Fire Dept. requirements. A
good practise could include:

At least one wall must

be an exterior wall. The
room must be made out
of fire-resistant
materials.

A vent opening must be

installed on the wall
facing the exterior to
permit air to come to the
boiler.

The door must be made

of non-combustible
material and must be
smokeproof, opening
outward and have an
automatic closure
device.

There must be a free

space around the boiler
for normal operation and
maintenance.

There must be at least

1.00 meters of free
space above the boiler.

In addition, the following
regulations are required
when using town gas
systems with gas density
less than 0.8 when
compared to air:

The gas meter must be

installed outside the
building in a ventilated
niche and in a dry site.
It must be accessible at
all times.

An on/off device must

be installed in an easily
accessible position
outside the building on
the gas supply pipeline.

3.7 CHAUFFERIE
Les caractéristiques des
locaux de la chaudière d'une
puissance supérieure à 70
kW sont régies par les
dispositions promulguées
par le Ministère de l’Intérieur
(Sapeurs-Pompiers) dont on
mentionne quelques extraits.

Il doit y avoir une paroi

au moins tournée vers
l’extérieur. Le local doit
être réalisé avec des
structures résistantes au
feu.

On doit pratiquer une

ouverture d’aération sur
la paroi tournée vers
l’extérieur, pour faire
arriver l’air au brûleur.

La porte devra être

réalisée en un matériau
incombustible, étanche
à la fumée, s’ouvrir vers
l’extérieur avec un
mécanisme de
fermeture automatique.

Il doit y avoir tout autour

de la chaudière, un
espace libre suffisant
pour l’entretien et pour
le service normal.

Au-dessus de la

chaudière, il doit y avoir
un espace minimum
d’un mètre.

De plus, pour les
installations utilisant le gaz
de réseau avec une densité
inférieure à 0,8, il faut
respecter les règles
suivantes:

Le compteur doit être

placé à l’extérieur du
bâtiment, dans une
niche aérée, en un lieu
sec et doit être
accessible à tout
instant.

La conduite du gaz doit

être équipée d’un
dispositif d’arrêt avec
commande hors du local
de la chaudière, dans
une position aisément
accessible.
