taratura in funzione delle 
effetive esigenze. 

NOTA 
II termostato di sicurezza a 
riarmo manuale 
(omologato) è già tarato a 
100°C.  
 
1. 

Avviare le pompe di 
circolazione 
dell'impianto e del 
ricircolo della caldaia, 
accertando, l'effettivo 
movimento dell'acqua, 
sia nell'impianto, sia 
nella caldaia.  

2. 

Avviare il bruciatore e 
procedere alla sua 
taratura secondo 
quanto descritto nel 
relativo manuale d'uso.  

3. 

Controllare il 
funzionamento dei 
termostati e degli 
strumenti di controllo 
installati.  

4. 

Controllare la perfetta 
tenuta del raccordo tra 
caldaia e canna 
fumaria; eventuali 
fessure si devono 
eliminare con cordino in 
fibra di vetro e stucco 
per le alte temperature.  

5. 

Verificare la perfetta 
tenuta del portellone 
anteriore, controllando 
in particolare che le 
tenute della flangia e 
del cannotto bruciatore 
siano corrette e non 
permettano la 
fuoriuscita di fumo.  

 

NOTA 

Nel caso esistano piccole 
perdite della tenuta 
sportelli, aggiustare la 
pressione sulla 
guarnizione agendo in 
modo incrociato sui dadi 
che bloccano gli sportelli 
fino ad eliminare il difetto.  

 

6. 

Verificare il tiraggio al 
raccordo del camino. 
Con l’impianto a regime, 
controllare che il camino 
e l'eventuale canale 
fumo, siano in 
depressione in ogni 
punto (almeno -1 

÷

 -2 

mm H

O).  

7. 

Verificare l'efficienza del 

1. 

Start the system 
circulation and boiler 
recirculation pumps, 
making sure water 
actually moves both in 
the pipeline system and 
in the boiler. 

2. 

Start the burner and 
adjust it as described in 
its operating manual. 

3. 

Check that thermostats 
and control gauges and 
instruments function 
properly. 

4. 

Check that the 
connection between 
boiler and smokestack 
is perfectly sealed.  Any 
leaks must be sealed off 
with glass fibre cord and 
high temperature putty. 

5. 

Check that front 
hatchways are perfectly 
sealed.  Check, in 
particular, that flange 
and burner tube seals 
are perfect and do not 
permit any smoke to 
leak out. 

 

NOTE 

If there are small leaks 
around the hatchways, 
these are eliminated by 
regulating the pressure on 
the gasket.  Do this by 
adjusting the nuts that 
clamp the hatchways in a 
criss-cross tightening 
pattern until the defect is 
eliminated. 

 

6. 

Check that there is 
sufficient draft at the 
connection to the 
smokestack. There 
must be a depression 
(at least -1 

÷

 -2 mm 

H

O) at all points in the 

smokestack and in any 
flues when the boiler is 
operating at normal 
levels.  

7. 

Check that the sealed 
expansion tank 
functions correctly.  
Check, in particular, the 
settings of its safety 
valves. 

8. 

Check for and eliminate 
the cause if there are 
continuous changes in 
pressure and 
consequently 
continuous topping-ups 
with water (leaks in the 
pipeline system,

1. 

Amorcer les pompes de 
circulation de 
l’installation et de 
recyclage de la 
chaudière. Vérifier le 
débit d’eau aussi bien 
dans l’installation que 
dans la chaudière. 

2. 

Mettre en route le 
brûleur et effectuer son 
réglage suivant les 
instructions de la notice 
d’emploi. 

3. 

Contrôler le 
fonctionnement des 
thermostats et des 
instruments de contrôle 
installés. 

4. 

Contrôler que 
l’étanchéité du raccord 
entre la chaudière et le 
conduit de fumée est 
parfaite; les fissures 
éventuelles doivent être 
éliminées par un fil en 
fibre de verre et du stuc 
pour températures 
élevées. 

5. 

Vérifier que l’étanchéité 
des portes avant est 
parfaite. Vérifier 
notamment si les 
étanchéités de la bride 
et du fourreau du 
brûleur sont parfaites et 
ne permettent pas la 
sortie de fumée. 

 

REMARQUE 

Au cas où il y aurait de 
petites pertes d’étanchéité 
des portes, ajuster la 
pression sur le joint en 
agissant d’une façon 
croisée sur les écrous qui 
bloquent les portes 
jusqu’à éliminer le défaut.

 

 

6. 

Vérifier le tirage au 
raccord de la cheminée. 
L’installation étant en 
régime, vérifier si la 
cheminée et le conduit 
de fumée éventuel sont 
en dépression en tout 
point (-1 ÷ -2 mm H

2
