· Pull up safety relief valve or adjust Pressure Adjuster to reduce suction
power if the suction power is too strong.
· There is a rhythm cube on Healthy Cup, turn the switch clockwise to
increase the frequency or anti-clockwise to reduce the frequency.
· Healthy Cup sizes are 8, 10, 12 and 15 (according to the scale on the
cup), refer to table below for a suitable Healthy Cup size.

Precautions for using the instrument
Pressure Adjuster: This knob has settings from 0-10, 0 is minimum
and 10 is maximum which represent the suction strength. It is highly
recommended to start with level 5.
The upper end interface of Pressure Adjuster: Connect interface with
short tube for the use of Healthy Cup.
The interface for both ends of Pressure Adjuster: Both interfaces are
used to connect with short tubes.
The back interface of Pressure Adjuster: This interface is used to
connect with long tube.
Short tube: Connect to Healthy Cup.
Healthy Cup interface: Connect with short tube.
Safety relief valve: Pull up to release the Healthy Cup.
Rhythm cube
Frequency adjusting knob: Adjust vibration frequency of the Health Cup.
Healthy Cup DC power point: Power supply for Healthy Cup operation.
