Resolving simple problems
If you suspect an error, first try to resolve the problem, using
the table below. You do not need to be an expert for this.
If this fails to resolve the problem, there may be a fault; in that
case, alert the installer.

Check the mains supply:
• isolation switch;
• unit has power.
The unit functions differently
from expectations.
The unit is operating in a special mode

The unit is not circulating
enough air.
One of the inlet sections and/or the
connected ventilation units is blocked.
Remove obstacles to the inlet and dis-
charge section.
