Stacking Tie (Manual)
A. Ensure you are in 'Stack Manual Mode'. This section
includes how to 'Stack' manually
for all layers including
the first one.
1.
Carry out the same checks as in
Section 5.1

Press the 'RED' button and push the joystick to the right

) to 'Insert Hooks' into the bales if this hasn't been
done already.

Press the 'RED' button and move the joystick forward

: The Turntable will NOT Rotate if it is not above 10

4. Hold down the 'BLACK' button and move the joystick
right
(Fig.

to 'Extend Turntable' until the table has
moved approximately 400mm forward. This is a 1/3rd of its
extend total movement.
5. Hold down the
'YELLOW' button and push the joystick
right

until the
table is fully rotated Clockwise by
90°.
6. Hold down the 'RED' button and move the joystick
forward
(Fig.

until the table at its most vertical position.
WARNING:
Ensure the side gates are open to their 15
degree position before lifting the Turntable to its raised
position. This will save damage to the bales and the
machine.
7. Hold down the 'RED' button and push the joystick
left
(Fig.

until the table is fully retracted.
Note
: If there are bales already on the 'Platform', make
sure they are cleanly pushed back by the 'Turntable'. You
may have to adjust the 'Side Gates' as they could be
compressing the bales on the 'Platform'.
