Bale Counter
and Weight Counter
The machine is fitted with four bale counters
. Bales
are added to these counts by
the
number of
cycle
s

.
When the turntable releases its
hooks before coming down during an 'Auto Stack'
function, this will be the time it adds to your layer
count on the visual Transtacker in the top middle of
your screen, or if in 'Auto Mode', in the centre.
Three counters are resettable and is normally used to
count the bales for short term management use. The
final counter is non-Resettable and is intended to
indicate the service life of the machine
(

Pressing button ‘B’, 'C' or 'D' will reset the appropriate
counter. Depress button ‘A’ to return the display to
the main working position.
If the Transtacker is fitted with the optional extra
weigh scale kit, then these right hand columns will
apply. The top 'Total Weight' is the total weight the
machine has handled since the extra has been fitted.
This figure is non-resettable.
The 'Trailer weight' is the current bale weigh of what
has been loaded onto the platform. This can be re-
set manually by pressing button 'F' (
Fig.142
).
Or it
will reset automatically when you release the stack
and activate 'Auto Bed Tip Down'.
The 'Trip Weight' is an individual counter which can
be re-set. This is for storing smaller counts such as
for separate fields or customers. This can be reset by
pressing button 'G' (
