Change mode of machine to
auto-mode and try again
Obstruction
Grab Arm may be
obstructed by the Pickup or
Pickup Shoe. This will false
trigger the pressure
transducer and cause the
Pickup to be lowered. Make
sure Guide Bar is free
‘Auto Open’ function wasn’t
active correctly
Try again with the joystick.
Make sure the joystick is
moved in its full travel
Guide Bar not opening all
the way
Guide Bar Pressure Sensor
has hit its desired pressure
Wear pads too tight,
restricting its outwards
movement. Loosen wear
pads and try again (

)
Pickup lowering before
Guide Bar is fully extended
Pressure Relief valve in

adjusting to increase

sensors may not have hit its
trigger pressure
Decrease pressure
transducer pressure to
achieve its trigger
Trapped under the platform
Adjust the Fork trolley stop
on the platform to align the
Fork trolley (
