Pickup Bale
If you wish to further increase speed and efficiency, the Transtacker can help you do so. If the turntable is in the process of loading 2 bales onto the
platform, the Auto Pickup function can still be activated. Simply drive a bale into the bump paddle activating the pickup sequence. The pickup will
then lift and hold the bale at 90 degrees to the ground ready for the turntable to be back in its home position. The
n
will carry its automatically
sequence on, loading the bale on to the turntable. This will allow you to focus on driving instead of waiting for the Turntable to finish its sequence s
o
you can load the pickup.

Adding Layer Count
The total bale count for your machine only increases when the pickup retracts its tines when putting a bale on the turntable. If the operator stops the
automatic pickup function before the tines are retracted then the total bale count will not increase.
The Transtacker layer counter which is viewed in Auto Mode and on the top middle of the screen is added when the turntable has retracted its hooks
and the side gates have closed. If the operator stops the automatic turntable function before this sequence has finished it will not add the layer. This
will cause problems and confusion of the Transtacker if you have 'Tied' layers because the physical layer count will not align with the virtual
Transtacker layer count. Make sure this layer count always matches up with the physical layer count. If the count does not match up, on the 'Auto
Mode' screen, use the left and right arrow on the screen to increase or decrease the layer count so the screen layer count matches up with the
physical layer count.
If the E-Stop button has been pushed during Auto Mode, if you had any layers on the the Transtacker these will be lost on the screen. Again on the
'Auto Mode' screen use the left and right arrow on the screen to increase or decrease the layer count so the screen layer count matches up with the
physical layer count.
