Unloading and displacement procedures should be carried out by one single
Technician wearing gauntlets, accident prevention shoes and a protective
helmet, according to the safety laws in force.
Maximum care must be taken with all these procedures.
CAUTION: Never pause in the fork-lift operating area. The accident fall of the
crates might be dangerous and might expose people to grave risks.
During unloading procedures, take maximum care with all potential traffic.
Never use the fork-lift on uneven or excessively sloping surfaces.
Always proceed slowly with the fork-lift.
Unloading the millboard crate containing the Motorcycle Lift from the wooden
pallet must be carried out by at least four people wearing gauntlets.
This procedure must be always carried out near the area where the
Motorcycle Lift will be installed.
8.3 RECEIPT AND INSPECTION
Damage or deterioration of the goods may arise from transporting even
though the Lifts are packed with the most suitable wrapping material by
skilled Technicians only.
On receipt of the goods, always check the packing.
Should it be seriously damaged, collect the goods with the due reservation.
Also, never forget to take pictures of the damage.
