Warning! Be sure to check that the locking hook

  is properly closed on the 

hitch ball and cannot be raised. Warning! Make sure that the safety strap is 

securely fastened.

A. Attach the bracket to the luggage rack:

1. Use the 4 screws (2 screws per side), 8 washers (4 per side) and 4 
nuts (2 per side) to connect the lower plate

 and the upper plate

to 

the luggage rack. Tighten firmly.
2. Attach the clutch (0) on the upper plate (2). Tighten firmly. Remark: 
this product is applicable for luggage rack tube diameter from 
10mm~16mm.     

C. Connect the draw bar to the luggage rack attachment bracket

4. Unscrew the safety strap

from the extension

arm and screw it firmly onto the draw bar.

B. Attach the adapter to the draw bar :

1. Open and remove the D-pin 

(D-Clip) 

attached to the draw bar and remove the 

extension arm.
2. Unscrew the adapter

and remove it from the extension arm

3. Firmly attach the adapter

to the draw bar as shown below.
