Paramete

serial printer

.
This parameter is displayed if the printer has an
USB interface; it
i
s used to identify univocally the USB
printer by a numerical address code, if the P
C is
connecte
d to
two printer
s of
the same model.
The
“Current consumption” paramete
r can
no
t be
sette

by
the user but depends on the “Speed/Quality” parameter in
this way
: when
the normal or high speed parameter
is selected,
the
current consumption will be set
as high current;
when
the low speed parameter
is selected
, the current
consumption will be set
as
low current.
The parameter “Notch distance” is displayed and
enabled onl
y if
the notch alignment parameter is
enabled.
The parameter “Notch distance” is used to set the
exact
distance of the notc
h by
entering the desired value in
millimetr
es
and i
n tenth of millimetre
.
When this parameter is disabled the printer always
makes a
partial cut because the total cut command will
be ignored; otherwise when the total cut
command (ESC i)
is enabled, it
will be executed.
When this parameter is used, the printer can be
switched on automatically
, if a power failure occurs
, withou

pressing On-
Off key.
