Automatic callback
You can re ach a sub scri ber who is cur rent ly busy or not clo se to his pho ne by using the au to ma tic call back functi on.
You then re cei ve a mes sa ge sta ting that the ex ten si on for which a call back has been set up can now be cal led. This
mes sa ge is dis play ed for ex ter nal call backs from the ex chan ge and for in ter nal call backs from the PABX.

Completion of call to busy subscriber (CCBS)
When you call the de si red con nec ti on, you hear the en ga ged tone. With »Call back on Busy« you can re ach the en ga -
ged per son once they have re pla ced the re cei ver at the end of the call.
Call completion on no response (CCNR)
When you call them, you al ways hear the rin ging tone, but your bu si ness part ner is not clo se to the te le pho ne and
does not pick up. With »Call back on no re ply«, you can re ach the sub scri ber as soon as they have com ple ted a call or
lif ted and re pla ced the re cei ver of their telephone.

You can de fi ne up to 3 call backs. If you use an LCR pro ce du re, an au to ma tic call back is al ways per for med via the stan -
dard net work operator.
