11 ALARMS
In case of an anomaly during the operation, the electronics of the stove intervenes and highlights the irregularities that have ocurred in the
different working phases, depending on the type of fault.
Each very alarm situation blocks the stove automatically. By pressing the key we unblock the stove. To do this, in the display we must
read the word “Off”. Otherwise, you will not able to unlock it. Once the stove has reached the appropriate cooling temperature, the user can
reignite it.
The following table shows the list of alarm codes as well as a description:

Intervention of the safety thermostat, even when the stove is turned off
Er02
Intervention of the safety air pressure switch, only when the stove is turned on.
Er03
Switching off of the stove due to smoke temperature decrease. Possible lack/obstruction of fuel.
Er05
Switching off of the stove due to overheating of the smoke temperature
Er07
Error Encoder: the encoder of the smoke extractor does not receive signal
Er08
Error Encoder: the adjustment of the smoke extractor speed is not possible
Er12
Ignition of the stove unsuccessful
Er15
Power dip - Current interruption.
Er17
The hot air tangential fan does not regulate
Er39
Flow sensor broken
Er41
The primary air flow is not enough during the check-up of the stove
Er42
The primary air flow is high
Values DATE/TIME are not exact after a long power failure
Besides the failure codes, the stove can show the following messages that do not block its operation:

State of the temperature probes This message appears during the Check Up phase and indicates that the
temperature detected by one or more probes is equal to the minimum value (0ºC) or the maximum value (depends
on the probe) Check that the probes are open (0°C) or in short-circuit (detect the maximum value of temperature).
Hi
The room temperature is higher than 50°C.
CLr
This message means that the operating hours have been reached (1200. It is necessary to call the technical
assistance service.
OFF dEL
This message appears when the system has not been turned off manually during the Ignition phase (after the
preload): the system will turn off when it works at full capacity.
PCLr
Regular cleaning or burner
