Start/Stop
Used to start or stop the appliance from operating or cancel the selected program.
*Please follow general cooking time recommendations of individual ingredients and/or recipes and stop the
program by pressing “Start/Stop” if necessary.
**ATTENTION:
For hot program settings:
1. Please select the right corresponding function to make soy milk, creamy
soup, plant-based milk alternatives, congee and chunky soups. If the wrong
program is selected it may result in over or undercooked and can even
overflow and burn.
2. If you have selected the wrong program, please use the “Start/Stop” button
to exit and select the correct program. If the water temperature has reached
70 to 80°C, it is recommended to change the ingredients before starting the
new program.
3. Please be aware that some ingredients will require more water than stated
in the recipe to avoid them sticking to the bottom of the blender jug and
burn. The maximum water level for heating programs is 1,200ml and
1,750ml for cold programs.
4. Do not use the heating programs to heat up thick liquids, such as milk, soy
milk or cold soups directly as this will cause it to overcook and burn at the
bottom.
5. Do not use seasonings, such as brown sugar etc., to the jug while the
machine is operating to prevent the seasoning from sticking to the base.
6. Please be cautious that the spout may spray water vapour and hot water
at boiling temperature out while operating. Do not open the lid when the
machine is in progress.
For cold program settings:
1. Please make sure that the lid seal ring and pressure relief valve are in place
before using the “VACUUM” or “VACUUM BLEND” function for optimal
results.
