FOOD PREPARATION
• Keep food slices uniform in size, 6mm/1/4” thick or less.
• Do not overlap the food slices on the trays.
• Drying times may vary depending on the food thickness, moisture,
level and ambient conditions.
• Follow all food safety guidelines.

position the dehydrator 30.5cm / 12" away from any wall
