This facility enables the determination of true peak height for turbid samples that
have a sloping baseline, for example the determination of bilirubin in amniotic fluid.
•
Enter the first wavelength; this is wavelength on the “UV” side of the peak
•
Enter the second wavelength; this is the wavelength of the peak, and will have a
value greater than the first wavelength
•
Enter the third wavelength; this is the wavelength on the “visible” side of the
peak
•
Enter the factor to be applied to the peak height after accounting for the sloping
baseline, if required
•
