purchasing date, and abnormal points before contacting us.

The product you have purchased comes with a 1-year warranty from the purchasing date covering
inferior materials and the manufacturing process. For the disposable products, a warranty is given
for 6 months from the purchasing date or 6 months from its first use covering inferior materials and
the manufacturing process. This warranty cannot be applied to consumption supplies such as the
battery, external cables, cradle and disposable accessories.
