8. Adjusting seat height
(RL-120 vario only)
1. Open the locking pin, and pull it out.
2. Press the locking pins on both sides together and
slide the wheel fork with the inner tube to the
desired position.
3. Release the locking pins and make sure
that the pin is locked in the required hole
4. Insert locking pin again and lock it.
9. Brake operation and adjustment
9.1. Service brake
The service brake is operated with the two brake levers
on the handles by pulling them upwards.
9.2. Parking brake
• Press the two brake levers down to lock them.
• To release the brakes pull the two brake levers
back to the centre position.
9.3. Brake adjustment
The brakes can be adjusted directly at the brake lever.
The brake is correctly adjusted when the brake lever or the
cable have no play. The brake pads must not contact the
wheel unless the lever is actuated.
• To adjust the brake to make it harder unscrew the
knurled screw on the brake mechanism and lock
it with the other nut.
• When adjusting the Bowden cable loosen the locknut
(M6) first.
