MAINTENANCE
Caution:
Before performing any maintenance to your loader, turn off motor, remove key,
and apply parking brake.
Lubrication
1. Empty bucket and lower until it rests on the ground.
2. Lubricate all grease fittings daily before operating loader, and lubricate every 8 hours of
operation.
Maintenance
WARNING: THE LOADER CAN FALL FROM HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE. TO
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH, SECURELY SUPPORT LOADER BEFORE
WORKING UNDERNEATH.
During the first few hours of operation, make sure to do the following:
1. Check to see there are no damaged parts.
2. Check that there are no missing bolts are all are secure. Refer to the torque specifications
on page 20.
After each use:
1. Clean all debris from machine, especially cylinder rods and affixed safety decals. Replace
any missing or illegible decals, check with your authorized TECNOMEC AGRICOLA S.A.
de C.V. dealer.
2. Inspect loader for worn or damaged components. Repair or replace before next use. Any
replacement components installed during repair shall include the components current safety
decals specified by TECNOMEC AGRICOLA S.A. de C.V. to be affixed to the component.
3. Store loader in a dry place.
