For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, Bittium Wireless Communications Ltd.
(“Bittium”) warrants this Product (including any accessories provided in the sales pack-
age) against defects in materials or workmanship.
•
Exclusions:
•
Normal wear and tear of visual surfaces, batteries or display.
•
Cosmetic damage or damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or modi-
fication of any part of the Product.
•
Damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper
voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by
Bittium to service this Product.
•
Performance issues or an incompatibility caused by editing of the registry set-
tings, modifications of the operating software or 3rd party application downloads.
Using custom operating system software may cause your device and application
to work incorrectly.
•
Product failures which have been caused by use of accessories or other peripheral
devices which are not the original accessories intended for use with the Product
defined by Bittium.
•
To ensure the water and dust resistance of your device, all openings, including the co-
vers for the battery, headset connector, satellite antenna connector and the micro USB
port must be firmly closed. If the covers are missing or damaged, including use that is
contrary to the instructions provided by Bittium (e.g., as set out in the Product’s user
guide) the Product warranty is void.

Warranty will not apply if the product serial number, the accessory date code, the IMEI
number, water indicator or the warranty seal has been removed, erased, defaced, al-
tered or is illegible.
•
To obtain warranty service, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization from
Bittium and ship the Product at your expense to Bittium’s authorized service facility.
You must ship the Product in either its original packaging or packaging affording an
equal degree of protection.
•
This warranty does not cover customer instruction, set up or set up adjustments or
network coverage problems.
