nEMPTY is an active low input that
checks the status of the EMPTY flag
of a connected FIFO. Implemented in
the FIFO Handshake and Block
Handshake I/O Models. Enabled

READY is an input that checks the
status of the READY flag of a slave
device. Implemented in the Full
Handshake I/O Model. Enabled when
