Water Injection (Fill / Rinse)
Water quantity is measured in milliliters (ml)
In this example a total of 300 ml of water is injected into
the brew cylinder. 250 ml of water is injected through the fi ll
valve (V3) and 50 ml through the rinse valve (V4)
Atmosphere Pause
This is the amount of time in seconds that the unit pauses to
allow the beverage to brew or steep.
Beverage Temperature
For this example the beverage temperature is programmed
for 205° F
