If the connections to the battery’s Positive and Negative
terminals are incorrect, the Reverse Polarity Indicator
will light (red) and the unit will sound a beep.Disconnect
clamps and reconnect to battery with correct polarity.

If vehicle fails to start, turn OFF the ignition, turn OFF
the Jump-Starter Power Switch, disconnect the jump-
start system’s leads and contact a qualified technician
to investigate why the engine did not start.
f
Recharge this unit fully after each use.
Warnings!

Jump-Starter Power Switch should be off prior
to jump-starting.
f
This power system is to be used only on vehicles with
12V DC battery systems.
f
Never touch red and black clamps together —
this can cause dangerous sparks, power arcing,
and/or explosion.
f
Vehicles that have on-board computerized systems
may be damaged if vehicle battery is jump-started.
Before jump-starting this type of vehicle, read the
vehicle manual to confirm that external-starting
assistance is advised.
f
Excessive engine cranking can damage the vehicle‘s
starter motor. If the engine fails to start after the
recommended number of attempts, discontinue jump-
start procedure and look for other problems that need
to be corrected.
f
After use, turn the Jump-Starter Power Switch OFF.
f
Replace worn or defective parts immediately —
contact the Customer Service Department.
Using the LED area light
The LED area light (8) will operate up to 50 hours on a full
charge. The LED area light’s operating life is 100000 hours.
f
Press the LED area light ON/OFF button (10) on
the top panel of the unit to turn the LED area light
(8) on.
f
Press the LED area light ON/OFF button (10) again
to turn the LED area light (8) off.
Note: Make sure that the LED area light is turned off while
the unit is being charged or stored.
12V DC portable power supply
This portable power source is also for use with all 12 volt
DC accessories equipped with a male accessory outlet
plug and are rated up to 5 amps.
1. Lift up the cover of the unit ‘s 12 volt DC outlet.
2. Insert the 12 volt DC plug from the appliance into
the 12V accessory outlet on the unit. Do not exceed
a 5 A load.
3. Switch on the appliance and operate as usual.
4. Periodically press the battery charge level pushbutton
to check battery status.
Using the USB Port
1. Push the USB Power Port On Push button to turn
the USB Port ON.
2. Plug the USB-powered device into the inverter’s USB
Charging Port and operate normally.
Notes: This unit’s USB Power Port does not support
data communication. It only provides 5V/500mA DC power
to an external USB-powered device.
Make sure the USB Charging Port ON/OFF Push button
is in the OFF position when the unit is being recharged or
stored. Some household USB-powered electronics will not
operate with this unit.
Using the inflator (Only for JS350CC)
Warning! When using the inflator:
f
Do not use the inflator when the charger is connected
to the mains.
f
Do not direct the nozzle at animals or bystanders.
f
Never leave the compressor unattended
when running.
f
Only use the adaptors supplied.
f
Should the unit run over an extended period of time it
may overheat and cause the thermal trip to activate.
When this occurs switch the compressor off and allow
to cool for 30 minutes.
f
Keep the compressor stored out of reach
of small children.
f
The gauge is intended as a guide only. Tyre pressures
should be regularly checked with a certified gauge.
f
Do not over inflate any object as this may cause
a risk of injury.
f
Do not operate inflator continuously for extended
periods of time (approximately 10 minutes, depending
on ambient temperatures), as it may overheat. In such
event, inflator will automatically shut down.
This inflator can be used to inflate car tyres and sports
equipment.
f
Remove the inflator hose from the storage compartment.
f
If an adaptor is required, choose the correct adaptor
for the product you are inflating and fit it into the nozzle.
f
Fit the nozzle of the inflator or the adaptor, if fitted, to
the valve of the item to be inflated. Make sure that the
nozzle is locked in place.
f
Move the inflator ON/OFF switch to the on position (ON).
f
Monitor the pressure gauge until the required
pressure is reached.
f
Move the inflator ON/OFF switch to the off position (OFF).
f
Remove the adaptor, if fitted, or the nozzle from
the inflated item.
f
Remove the adaptor, if fitted, and store it in the inflator
nozzle storage compartment.
