STEP 02
Place the tray between the griddle legs. Attach the bottom tray on the right
with one (1) large thumbscrew. Attach the lower propane tank hanger and
the left side of the bottom tray with one (1) small thumbscrew.
STEP 03
With the help of another person,
pick up the griddle body and set it on its
wheels. Attach the upper tank hanger with the one (1) shear pin and one (1)
cotter pin.
