Transfer of Ownership
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. You
cannot transfer the warranty to anyone.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for this Hardware is the shorter of (i) one (1)
year from the date that the Hardware was first purchased by YOU
as an original end-user and (ii) the period ending upon your breach
of the End-User’s Agreement entered into when YOU ordered the
Compaq iPAQ BlackBerry Wireless Email Solution.
Warranty Service
If your Compaq iPAQ BlackBerry Wireless Email Solution needs
service, call the Compaq Technical Phone Support Center at
1.800.OK.COMPAQ.
A technical support specialist will help you
diagnose the problem. If it is determined your product needs
service, the following option is available to you.
Advance Exchange Service
Compaq will ship a replacement unit directly to you. When you
receive the replacement, using the shipping labels provided, return
your failed unit to Compaq.
Warranty Extension or Upgrade
CarePaq services provide additional coverage for your product. For
