5. Factory Settings
(beeps on/off)
Disable the end of message beeps that are
set as standard on the U-Turn Round. Simply
follow the process on page 4 and choose
“Factory Settings” on selector 5.
After you have wound the U-Turn to full power,
it will ask you to ‘please enter your black-
box-av pin code to use this selection.’ You will
now need to follow a few simple steps:
1.
Following the previous message, wait for
a beep then enter the pincode using the
selector dial.
2.
Turn the dial to the required number

Leave it until the unit repeats the number
4.
When you enter the final number wait 10
seconds for the new setting (do not touch the
dial or handle).
5.
You will know your changes are saved if the
U-Turn makes a beep after the 10 seconds.
Note: Please test the unit to ensure your
changes have been saved.
6. Serial Number
Gain access to your U-Turn’s serial number &
firmware version. Simply follow the process
on page 4 and choose “Serial Number” on
selector 6.
After you have wound the U-Turn to full power,
it will give you your serial number (up to 6
digits), followed by the firmware version. For
example;
‘Your U-Turn Round serial number is, “one,
two, zero, four, seven, three - version number
4.1”.
