TRANSFER CONFIGURATION
Used to initiate transfer of current remote stat mux

configuration to the local stat mux. After remote
configuration is received by the local stat mux, it can be
examined using the terminal connected to the local stat
mux. As an additional convenience, remote stat mux
configuration can be stored in the local stat mux as a
backup that can be downloaded again to the remote
stat mux in case that unit is replaced.

TRANSFER & CONFIGURATION
Similar to Item 1 except that it is used to initiate

PREPARE REMOTE STM
Used to initiate preparation of remote stat mux
