HEIGHT, WEIGHT, DISTANCE, TARGET HEART RATE, and AGE.
5. MODE: Changes the display of the values between RPM or SPEED, and
KJOULE/CAL or WATT. The values of RPM and WATT show at the same time, or
the values of SPEED and KJOULE/CAL by pressing it.
ABOUT DISPLAY
A. START: Indicates the selected program has started.
B. STOP: Indicates the selected program has stopped. Program selection is done after
pressing STOP.
C. PROGRAM: Indicates the selected program from PROGRAM 1 to PROGRAM

WEIGHT displayed depending on the program.
D. RPM/SPEED/MPH Display: Indicates value of RPM, SPEED, or MPH displayed
depending on the program.
E. DISTANCE/FAT% Display: Indicates value of DISTANCE or FAT% displayed
depending on the program.
F. CAL/WATT/BMR Display: Indicates value of CAL,WATT, or BMR displayed
depending on the program.
G. TARGET H.R./BMI/AGE Display: Indicates value of TARGET HEART RATE,
BMI, or AGE displayed depending on the program.
H. HEART RATE/BODY TYPE Display: Indicates value of HEART RATE or
BODY TYPE displayed depending on the program.
I. RESISTANCE Profiles: There are 10 columns of resistance bars, and 8 bars in each
column. Each column represents 3 minutes of workout (without the change of TIME
value), and each bar represents 2 levels of resistance.
