Before using the wheelchair, check that all its parts have
been properly assembled and tightened, paying particular
attention to the footrests.
If the footrests are height adjustable, make sure the user
is able to sit comfortably and hold his or her legs at the
correct angle.
Make sure that the brakes work properly. While activa-
ting the brakes on both wheels, push the chair forward
and backward; braked wheels are expected to not rotate.
The parking brake is one of the most important safety
devices featured on this wheelchair. It is a push brake that
operates directly on the tires.
The brakes must always be fully functional. The braking
effect of the push brake may be impaired if:
•
the sides of the tires are worn out
•
the tires are wet
•
the tire pressure is low
Check the wheels on a regular basis and before leaving
your pressure!!
Reccomandations:
Ø 600 light wheel (7.0 bar). Make sure that the wheel
spokes are tightened up.

Read the second part of the manual (“Safety informa-
tion”) carefully.
This active wheelchair is designed for people with special
needs who carry out mainly outdoor activities. It is ideal
for both in-door (i.e. home, school) and it may also be used
for outdoor leisure activities, provided that the ground is
turdy and not slippery.
