9.2 Electrical/Motor troubleshooting
Work on electrical equipment may only be undertaken by a
skilled
electrician
or by trained persons under the guidance and
supervision of a skilled electrician as well as in accordance with
the electrical
engineering
regulations.
Prior to any repair work on the machine or its drives the
machine must be secured against unintentional starting. Put
the machine in “Maintenance Mode
.”

E-Stop depressed
Cables not correctly
connected to site power.
Site power not turned on.
Pull out E-Stop
Verify proper connection to site
power.
Verify site power is turned on.
