BEFORE FIRST USE
After unpacking the device from the box and removing the protective films, papers. Then clean the
device following the advice in Cleaning and maintenance chapter.
USING THE DEVICE
1.
Choose the appropriate forming cone (6a-d).
NOTE: Be extremely careful when handling the forming cones, as their blades are very sharp. Only hold
them by their plastic elements.
2.
Slide the chosen forming cone from the top (6) into the forming cone mount (8). Install the cone
mount (8) in the body (3) by inserting it into the drive rim (7).
3.
Place the body (3) on the feeder (2) and lock it by turning to the right.
4.
Plug the device into the power source, turn the device on by pressing the power button (4).
5.
Put ingredients in to the feeder (2) and push them through gently with the pusher (1).
6.
To finish the operation of the device, press the power button (4).
To replace the forming cone, turn the device off and unplug it from the power source. Take off the
feeder tube, remove the forming cone mount and slide the cone upwards and out. Next, perform the
procedure starting from point 1.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Thoroughly clean the device after each use. Inadequate cleaning can cause proliferation of
harmful microorganisms.
2.
Before cleaning the motor unit, always disconnect the device from the power source.
CAUTION: Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
3.
If necessary, clean only the outside of the device with a damp cloth.
4.
Attachments, feeding tube and pusher should be washed with warm water and dishwashing
liquid. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
5.
Do not use harsh cleaning products and abrasive sponges. Do not use solvents.
6.
If the plastic parts are colored by products such as carrots, wipe them with a cloth soaked in
cooking oil and then clean as usual.
All detachable parts, such as the forming cones, the forming cone mount and the container, can be
washed in dishwashers.
