Utility Connection
GAS CONNECTION (if applicable)
Connect the oven to the gas line with the proper
type of gas according to Local and National Instal-
lation Standards.
Setting Equipment for Other Types of Gas
1. Shut off the gas valve and turn off the operat-
ing switch.
2. Dismantle the gas block by means of cou-
plings.
3. Dismantle the burner and replace the injec-
tors.
4. Install the burner and gas block.
5. Check for leakage and possible loose electri-
cal connections.
6. Adjust gas pressure if necessary, See figure.
INLET PRESSURE TAP
NOTE: Zephaire-G/DFG-50 units only. See figure
for pressure tap location.
1. Remove the blue pipe cap from the gas inlet
pipe.
2. Apply thread sealer to the male pipe threads.
3. Thread the inlet pressure tap assembly onto
the gas pipe and tighten.
4. Check for leaks.
