Low/No water flow
from filter
-
Water supply is closed.

Temporarily water shortage in the area.

Filter inlet valve is closed.

Low/No water
pressure from filter
-
Water supply is closed.
-
Temporarily water shortage in the area.
-
Filter inlet valve is closed.

Abnormal filtrate
colour or taste
-
Flush the UF cartridge line individually for 3minutes
& check the filtrate with a transparent glass after it
stays for 30seconds. Continuous flushing if abnormal
filtrate colour/taste found except water bubble.
-
Flush Carbon cartridge line with UF water for
3minutes & check the filtrate with a transparent
glass. Continuous flushing if abnormal filtrate colour
found.

Pressure gauge shows
> 3bars
-
Reduce opening of the filter inlet valve to pressure <
3bars.

No figure shows on
display when button is
pressed
-
Check button battery (CR2032) position.
-
Replace battery if no figure shows after battery
repositioned.
6
No green LED lights
when button is
pressed
-
Check button battery (CR2032) position.
-
Replace battery if no figure shows after battery
repositioned.

Unable to reset
counter’s display to
“365” or to turn off the
buzzer.
-
Remove & reinstall all batteries.

Water leaking from
the filter
-
Open the Front Cover with care to identify the leaking
location.
-
Remove & reconnect the tubing to the fitting if
leaking from the tubing connection.
-
