OFF TIME. When the unit is turned on, use the TIMER key to set the time when the
unit will turn off in intervals of 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. Press the plus and minus keys to add
or subtract time in intervals of 30 minutes. The digital display shows the time remaining
until the unit turns itself off.
To deactivate the OFF TIME function, simply press the timer button on the unit several times
until the display indicates the number of days left until the recommended filter replacement.
FILTER TIMER. When the TIMER key is not used to set the OFF TIME, it displays the
number of days remaining until the recommended filter change. However, whenever
the TIMER function is activated, the amount of time remaining before the unit turns it-
self off is displayed rather than the number of days to filter change.

FILTER REPLACEMENT INDICATOR

When the REPLACE FILTER light shines red,
it’s time to change your Blueair filters. To keep your air purifier in top o perating condition,
Blueair recommends filter replac ement every six months. To reset the REPLACE FILTER
light, simply press and hold the timer button on the unit (not on the remote control) for
approximately 5 seconds.
ELECTRONIC PARTICLE SENSOR

When particle level is low, the digital display
shows a happy face; when particle level is high, a sad face is displayed, indicating the
need to increase the operating speed or switch to Auto Mode.
ELECTRONIC GAS SENSOR
.
When the level of gaseous contaminants is low, a
happy face appears on the digital display. When level is high, a sad face is displayed,
indicating the need to increase the operating speed or switch to Auto Mode.
REMOTE CONTROL
.
Enjoy the convenience of managing all these functions using
the remote control from distances of up to 6 meters or 20 feet away. The batteries must
be recycled or disposed of properly.
