OVEN TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION
1. Be sure the thermostat bulb is straight and properly spaced from the oven liner. The sensor bulb clips should be in
place.
2. Place a weighted thermo-couple in the center of the oven cavity.
3. Set oven temperature control to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (convection oven, 325 degrees Fahrenheit).
4. Cycle oven five times. Average the third, fourth, and fifth cycles. The temperature is acceptable if the average is 350
degrees Fahrenheit (convection oven, 325 degrees Fahrenheit), plus or minus 25 degrees Fahrenheit.

If results are insufficient, the following procedure is required to calibrate bake thermostat.
1. Remove the knob of the oven thermostat.
2. Remove the white substance material located inside the stem of the thermostat. You will need a small straight-
tipped screwdriver.
3. With the small screwdriver, turn the center screw clockwise to increase the temperature and counter-clockwise to
decrease the temperature. Note! ¼ turn is equal to 25 degrees.
4. After calibration, cycle oven again four to five times and average the last two cycles for your final reading.
