OVEN IGNITER REMOVAL
The following procedure must be performed to properly replace the oven glow-coil igniter.
1. Shut off power to the oven.
2. Remove oven bottom from oven cavity.
3. Remove (2) sheet metal bite screws holding igniter to burner bracket.
4. Remove (2) top securing screws and loosen (2) lower securing screws located under the lower kick panel, and remove completely
from the Product.
5. Locate the (2) wire nuts tying the igniter to the power supply, and remove. This will allow you to pull the old igniter through to
the oven cavity and remove.
6. Remount new igniter to burner bracket, route the wires through to the front of the range and reconnect
7. Power range back up and test igniter to assure igniter lights up and draws minimum 3.2 to 3.5 amps through it.
8. Upon completion of approval, re-install the oven bottom, and the lower kick panel to the range.
