CONVECTION FAN REMOVAL
The Following procedure is required to replace the convection fan located in the oven cavity of the range.
1. Shut off power to the unit.
2. Remove the oven racks located in the oven cavity.
3. Remove fan shield cover assembly, by removing the (4) screws that hold the shield to the oven cavity back
4. Remove the (8) screws that secure the motor mount plate also to the back of the oven cavity.
5. Gently pull the motor assembly to the front, through the motor opening in the back cavity.
6. Disconnect the wires on the motor, assuring the location, in order to reconnect the new motor to the wire leads.
7. Reconnect the wire leads to the new motor assembly P/N 157101.
8. Re-install new motor assy. into the oven cavity opening, and secure with the screws previously removed from the
motor mount plate assembly.
9. Remount fan shield cover back onto the oven cavity.
10. Reinstall oven racks into the oven cavity.
11. Turn on the power to the unit.
12. Test fan for any type of bearing noise, our rubbing of the shaft or fan scroll to the oven cavity.
