working

- The power cord does 

not match the power 

supply

- Using an overload

- Installing the press 

parts in the wrong 

position.

- Plug the power cord firmly 

into the power source

- Unplug the power cord and 

let the press cool down for 

30 minutes. Then try again.

- Assemble the parts of 

the press according to the 

instructions in the section 

“How to install the press”

Strange smell when first 

used

- When using the 

press for the first 

time, there is a 

strange smell.

- If there is still a strange 

smell after several times, 

please contact the service 

station.

The device stops while in 

operation

The machine may be 

stopped if too much 

material is added.

- Use the “Invert ingredients” 

button to push the ingredients 

out of the hopper. Add 

ingredients slowly into the 

feeding tube. Cut ingredients 

to the right size.

The juice contains a lot of 

pulp

broken

Replace the new filter
