The following are some helpful tips to help you diagnose and rectify some common problems.

The bubble system is not
operating.
Air pump too hot.
Unplug the air pump. After
the air pump has cooled, insert
the plug and press the Bubble
button to activate.
Problem with the power
supply.
Contact the service depart-
ment if the system does not
reset.
The heating system is not
operating.
Temperature set too low.
Set to a higher temperature
(between 20 °C and 40 °C).
Filter cartridge dirty.
Clean/replace the filter
cartridge.
Water level too low.
Add water to the indicated
level.
Ambient temperature too
high.
Allow the spa tub to acclimati-
se to its surroundings.
Problem with the heating
element.
Contact the service depart-
ment.
The filtering system is not
operating.
Filter cartridge dirty.
Clean/replace the filter
cartridge.
Debris or dirt in the inlet and
outlet.
Remove debris or dirt from the
inlet and outlet.
Problem with the power
supply.

Incorrect voltage.
Ask a professional electrician
to check the household input
voltage or frequency.
The spa tub is leaking water.
Spa tub is torn or punctured.
