Procedures：（Kidney as example）
1. Catch the cross and longitudinal sections of the kidney respectively and freeze them.
2. Measure the long axis and short axis of the cross section by means of distance measuring.
3. Measure the diameter of the longitudinal section by means of distance measuring.
4. Press
to complete the measuring, with the value of volume in “Vm1”on the
right side, as follow：

2. Measure two groups of perimeter and area by Ellipse Method and obtain the result by
calculating.
Procedures：（Kidney as example）

2. Measure the perimeter and area of cross and longitudinal sections.
3. The system will automatically complete the measuring, with the value of volume in
